“I had a pair of beats that wouldn't charge or turn on. While browsing how to repair on the net, I came across Joe's ad. I contacted them with a quote and I was happy with the cost. Printed the free shipping label and sent them out. A few days later I was contacted that it would cost more to repair than to buy a refurbished at a discount. We definitely recommend Joe's for all repairs.”

“Sent powerbeats 3 earphones in for repair, decided to trade them in for a refurbished pair. There was a slight mix up with what I got but the very first time I contacted them about getting the right thing, they were very apologetic and got the correct stuff sent out right away. They’re very easy to deal with. If anymore of my junk breaks, I’ll send it to them to get fixed.”

“I contacted Joe's company to repair and or update my Fitbit Blaze. It was a total shot in the dark and a lot of hope. This company is amazing in all aspects of customer satisfaction. They gave a quote and a time frame for repairs. When the repairs were completed, I was informed, and they sent it back. The quote, repairs and return we're perfect, and they kept me advised almost daily. I would trust them to repair any electronic device. In fact I may send in my dog to repair. You guys are great.”
