But I had one problem which was my right side doesn’t stay shut and they wanted me to pay for it to get fixed even though it wasn’t my wrong doing. This was definitely too long and we are sorry for this delay. This was through the Christmas season and we had received an extremely large amount of incoming services which caused a few days of delay.
