Really helpful people, they fixed the problem and it didn’t take long at all. But I had one problem which was my right side doesn’t stay shut and they wanted me to pay for it to get fixed even though it wasn’t my wrong doing. Other then that I defentally will tell people about you guys and I’m looking forward to sending my little sisters in.

Repair was very good, just time from sending it in to get it back was a lot longer than they said. It took almost 1 1/2 months.

This was definitely too long and we are sorry for this delay. This was through the Christmas season and we had received an extremely large amount of incoming services which caused a few days of delay. Loved it! No service in town was willing to fix my Beats, I sent it Joe’s and my problem was solved. It took longer than some say to get them back but I couldn’t care less about the way. The whole process took about 13 business days - from the first shipment to the day I received them. Communication was flawless and prompt and the technician Eddie was helpful and kind.
