“I was skeptical shipping my power beats across the country to a place I had only found on Google. The ear hook was broken so it wasn't like I was g re really going to lose much right? I shipped them and within a day of them being delivered I got an email. The next day a repair person emailed me to let me know exactly how much it would be. Over the weekend they were repaired shipped back. That "A" place wanted $249 to repair their own $139 original price product. Taking about a rip-off. They do that so you'll just buy another pair. Planned obsolescence at it's best! These guys charged me $45 total. If they break again I'll be sending them back these guys. I recommend you give them a try to. -Leon (Denver)”
