I had no guarantee that it would be mailed back and even reading reviews I was still hesitant, but the customer service is by far one of the best I've ever received. “I had problems with my Beat’s headphones and found Joes on line. I emailed them and they sent me a postage-paid label. I sent them my headphones and they emailed me within 3 or 4 days to say they received them. Another email a few days later telling the price to fix them. I approved and had my repaired headphones back in another few day. I’d highly recommend this company.”
