“Can't be happier with Joes GE, the service was excellent from start to finish. Apple told me I had two option, buy a new pair of Beats ($350) or pay $250 to get my headphones replaced by their factory. Joes GE assessed the damage and saw that the only thing wrong with the headphones is that the charging port didn't work, he made the replacement and saved me a lot of money!!”

“the battery part was as described, and the video instruction, although very fuzzy at times, was sufficient to get the job done - so thanks Sadly the issue was not the battery, but it seemed the most logical issue - turned out the fitbit button was activated all the time, so that is what was draining the battery - and it drained the new battery as well - once that was fixed the new battery seems great”

“I was having second thoughts about the head band, because I had bought one off of eBay. For one the original screws didn’t work because of the holes being way bigger. Second this head band felt cheaper, and broke a week later. I went ahead and tried these guys and three months later the still holding on and fell like the first day I got them. Thanks guys for your help. Apple wanted $200 to repair. These guys are the real deal, and I normally don’t do reviews but wanted help the person who may feel the way I felt. They’re legit.💯💯💯”
