“I've been using this company to repair several different headphones for the past 5 years and I have yet to be disappointed at either the customer service and/or the repair department. Reasonable prices with discounts to returning customers. This company is "A Breath of Fresh Air " compared to many of the bigger companies in the same industry.”

“Was a tad bit suspicious since not many services like these fix headphones but i said why not and sent my headphones in. All i have to say is that, they really know how to do their jobs and you can trust them with any device you send in. I always recommend them to people with the same issues”

“I accidentally broke the glass on my Apple Watch. On the manufacturer's site it was as expensive to repair a watch as it is to buy a new one. Joe's GE offered the service at a more reasonable rate. Their engagement process is very easy to follow and even includes a shipping label and instructions. The service itself was quick and I received notifications at every step along the way. I'd definitely recommend Joe's GE for Apple Watch service.”
