You repaired my fitbit watch band. Unfortunately, the band does not stay attached to the watch. It becomes undone and I fear losing the watch.

Great turnaround time. I had 2 headphone sets to be repaired. Not sure why my charge was so high on the one they found no issues/problems with but at least they sent a new Aux cord for the $45 repair fee.

Hey April, Thanks for trusting us with the repair of your Beats EP headphones. I see that you confirmed the $45 repair and that we did fix the headphones for you. The headphones had an issue with the cable when you sent them into us. We removed the attached wire and put an audio port in the headphones and supplied you with an audio cable so that you can use the headphones. We also replaced the inside panel and earpads on your Beats Studio 2 wired headphones as the panel was cracked and the earpads were coming apart. We did not find any issues with the sound, but there were issues with the headphones. Timely and well-done repair. Only concern was that renaming the Wireless Beats so they showed up with a new name in my phone listing JoesGE instead of the previous name seems unprofessional.

Fixed my fit bit, told what was found wrong, and promptly mailed it back. Saved me a fortune as could not find any one locally to fix it and felt my only recourse was to buy a new fit bit, thank you Joes.

My feelings are mixed at this point. I ordered a battery for my Beats Pill and received it promptly , but it is close to one month now and I have not heard anything back about the repair to the Pill. I thought the repair would have taken less time than this or at least an update from Joes on the status of the repair.

I am extreamly pleased with my experience at Joes GE. The screen on my series 4 Apple Watch shattered and Apple wanted $350 to fix it. Joes was able to fix it for way cheaper and even gave me 10% off because it took longer than expected. The communication along the way was above par as well. Very trustworthy and I will definitely use them in the future if I have to. A+++. Thank you!!
