“FitBit screen was shattered. Find the site via Google search and got an easy, no-stress quote. They sent me a mailing label via email. I printed it and sent the device. In a few days, they confirmed the price before doing the repair. They fixed it a few days later then sent a payment link. After I paid on PayPal, they sent the fixed Fitbit back to me. Looks good as new!!! The process was so easy. Will definitely use again.”

“You get what you pay for. It’s try: I bought a non-Joes, cheap $13 Beats replacement band (off eBay) and it broke during installlation due to cheap, brittle plastic materials. 2nd try: Paid more at Joes GE and the part worked just like the original. Quality parts that work! Go with Joe.”

“Sending in my FitBit blaze was wayyyy easier than I thought it would be. They sent me a text and an email to verify that they received it. They diagnosed the issue as something different than I thought was wrong. And it was a cheaper fix! All in all, I was without my FitBit for maybe a whole total and it's been working great ever since.
