“I submitted a pair of Beats Studio Wireless to Joes for repair. The headphones weren’t powering on properly and I was sure I would need to purchase a new pair. I sent in the headphones with the free shipping label provided by Joes. Three days later I got a quote for the necessary repair which was very reasonable and far cheaper than a new pair of headphones. Joes also provided a recommended repair for a loose charging port. I contacted Joes to further clarify the recommended repair, and communication was fast and clear. I received my Beats back in a timely fashion and as good as new. I can’t recommend Joes enough!”

“The whole process was quick and easy. Dropped it off at the post office in a Friday, got a text and email Tuesday, another on Wednesday with the final amt to repair my beats. Thursday got another text and email stating my repairs are complete and attached is the invoice. Paid and my beats were shipped back to me on Friday and arrive to my door on that Monday. I will definitely use JoesGE again.”
