Their knowledgeable and courteous staff answered my many different questions, asked at different times with quick and direct answers. Gave me many different options after they troubleshot my earphones. Felt comfortable with dealing with this company from the start. My earphones are still pumping out the great sounds. “What an experience !!!!. My beats got broken, I went to apple store and just to see them they were charging a crazy amount, I look online and I find Joes Ge repair, I had some doubts and I called Joes team, since the first moment in the conversation they explain the easy process and steps to send and repair my headphones, an hour later they give me a call back, and ask if I had any questions, once again SERVICE, the process toke a week and my headphones were sent back like a brand New, thank you to Joes GE team great job.”
