“It was a pleasure working with Joe's during my recent need to repair my wireless Beats Solo earphones. I was going to attempt to fix them myself but decided to send them to Joe's. This was a great decision. They kept me informed throughout the entire process and I had my earphones back in exactly 7 days from the time I sent it. The price was extremely reasonable and easy to manage. I would highly recommend them and I will keep them in mind if I have a future need for electronics repairs.”

“Found Joe's gaming & electronics via google search after my beats headphones lost sound in 1 ear. I read a few reviews and thought I'd give them a try. I was blown away but the communication, expertise and quick turnover time. Upon showing interest I was immediately sent an email discussing my concerns and the next steps to proceed. I jumped online, printed a shipping label, received an email upon their arrival, within 24 hours received an additional email stating they were completed and steps for payment. Within a week of having initially printed my label and shipped them, they were returned and like new. Would highly recommend Joe's Gaming & Electronics to anyone looking to have their Beats headphones repaired!! Thank you!!”

“excellent service and a job well done. They were speedy, very reasonable. Took the beats to a few different places and was told they couldn't be fixed but that I could trade them in for a different pair and pay almost the same price as for new ones. sent them to Joes gaming and received an email in a few days telling me the cost and the length of time before I had them back. They were cheap and very speedy and let me know when I could expect them back. Definitely would recommend them to anyone.”
