“WOW was I lucky... after receiving a new Fitbit, it would not hold a charge. We tested several different chargers. Nothing works more than 5 minutes. I started researching a possible quick fix but I found Joe’s! Shipped and returned FIX within a week. Thanks Joe’s. Good to know a Great and fair price company is available for needed support.”

“Started off I didn’t think my Fitbit Ionic could be repaired, then I found JoesGE. Thought I just needed a battery, but the tech found a compromised screen. I did not want to spend any extra money, but he gave me a package deal. The Ionic arrived doing great and hasn’t skipped a beat since. OBTW, these folks are much better to work with than the Fitbit folks.....”
