“It is a simple process. Joe’s GE makes it easy to facilitate the transaction. I would definitely use them again. However, I expected them to replace the part with similar like and kind. And it was not. The cord on the Beats headphone did not include a volume control.”

“Very pleased with the work the people at Joe's did to fix my Fitbit Charge 2. I thought I would have to buy a new Fitbit but they were able to replace the back housing which had corroded and would not allow the battery to charge. I sent my Fitbit Charge 2 in on a Friday and got it back in a very fast 8 days. I would highly recommend Joe's Gaming and Electronics.”

“I've received my Beats Pro lately after fixing and I'm so excited that I can use them again - they look completely new (despite 4 years of use), also leather quality is very high. I'm glad that I found these guys on youtube. Their level of service and work convinced myself to try. Guess what? It's definitely worth it! Highly recommended! Even after paying delivery it's still lucrative than using local Israeli repair service! I wish you guys prosperity and more international clients!”
