“I was really impressed by their service. I first attempted to fix my headphones myself using their video tutorialS, which were very helpful, but I couldn’t quite get it on my own. They were very fast with fixing and returning them, and now they work great. Much cheaper than buying a new pair of headphones!”

“I contacted Joe's company to repair and or update my Fitbit Blaze. It was a total shot in the dark and a lot of hope. This company is amazing in all aspects of customer satisfaction. They gave a quote and a time frame for repairs. When the repairs were completed, I was informed, and they sent it back. The quote, repairs and return we're perfect, and they kept me advised almost daily. I would trust them to repair any electronic device. In fact I may send in my dog to repair. You guys are great.”
