Best decision I made to send my Beats headphones to Joe's. Communication was stellar throughout the process -- they informed me when it was received, when they gave me a quote when they figured out what was wrong, when it was on it's way back to me. Professional should be in their name, for real. I was delighted to get the headphones working like brand new. Joe's is the best and only place I will ever send anything to get fixed. Honest repair / could have replaced more parts but didn’t Told me what was wrong and how to avoid the problem. Packing was made to protect the Fitbit WOULD USE THEM AGAIN AND RECOMMEND THEM

Very quick turnaround on a battery replacement for my Fitbit Surge. My device now charges up and holds a charge. However, I'm disappointed with the battery life. I'm getting less than 48 hours, wearing the watch 24 hours a day. Probably not an issue with the new battery but rather just the nature of this particular model of Fitbit. In any case, Joe's did a great job at a fair price.

My sons Beats studio 2 stop charging and I thought I was out the headphones. After looking for a repair option other than manufacture I found Joes!!! They are spot on!! Excellent communication and I mean they text you and email and answer back fast!! The price was well worth it!! Don’t waste anymore time send you phones in so you can have them working tip top again!!

I have never heard of Joes before just going out on a limb and sending some beats in for repair. They were the least expensive for repairs and OMG they were the easiest to deal w. Plus very funny. Great service!

quality repair , quick turn around.....but I got pegged for a large amount of unexpected duty fees because they listed the value of the device....was choked to say the least to which I got a "were sorry about that" apology but NO offer to help with the expense they incurred me....at the end of the day would have been cheaper to buy a brand new tracker
