“Tried a "do-it-myself" approach first - THAT was a mistake!!! Then went to Joe's - so glad I did!! Great service - excellent communication all along the way; item repaired, returned in speedy time; hope I don't have to use again (hope for no more malfunctioning equipment) ... but if I have a repair need, will go to Joe's in a heartbeat! Highly recommend !!!”

“Surprising to find a shop that can actually repair something for less than the price of a new one. My Bose headphones were a snack for a puppy, and before I knew it one earpiece was ruined, but everything else looked good. Joe's GE made it good as new. Turn around time was acceptable and the price was very good too.”
