“Joyswag sent two incorrect items. When I asked via email for them to correct this mistake, I was ignored. Be careful with this company. Since then, joyswag has pled with me to edit this review. While I still have the two incorrect items, I've received a tiny partial refund in return for an updated review. What this company fails to realize is that the product was more important to me than the discount. I would much prefer to have exactly what I ordered than a $5 refund. But given their persistent, I've raised my rating of them from one star to two. Lesson learned here, If you are interested in a partial refund give them a low review and wait for that email. Good day.”

“I didn't buy my watch directly from them but they honored EVERYTHING. I have my new watch on and it is perfect. I'm here on their site to see what else they have to buy. Joyswag is AWESOME!!”
