“I bought a mystery box that was supposed to be $400 MSRP for $35. I know it was a mystery, however… I live in Florida and days are over 90°F every day. My box contained a lot of winter stuff for people up north. At best, the box had a hundred bucks worth of stuff in it and most will be thrown out. I won’t do that again. Robert Svitak”

“I have tried to contact you guys five times with emails and calls and I have yet to get any response back. I understand we’re in a pandemic but somebody has to be watching the phones or email for the business. I am still waiting for my order that is been placed almost a month ago”

“I am very happy with my order. It seems like JoySwag is a small shop, and I strongly encourage everyone to support this company and other small shops. Remember that their delivery speed is slower that those monoliths out there, so just be patient. I guess the delay was due to the horrid winter weather in January 2021.”

“Ordered 2 frames first online in January 25th, no sign of delivery even after 3 weeks. The amount of time I have spent on follow up is completely unreasonable. I requested for refund, which is also taking time. The only reason I am happy to give one star is that customer service is constantly willing to help, but with no resolution whatsoever and constantly missing all their ETAs for resolution. ****************************************** Updating the rating to 2 stars since customer care was very helpful to issue a partial refund for one item which could not be delivered. I had to escalate this through PayPal in order to have a resolution of this case.”

“I would gove no star if I could! They haven’t shipped the item that I have purchased 2 weeks ago. They send you a tracking number the next day but never actually ship your purchased item. I tried to contact them multiple times through emails and call and no luck so far. Very disappointed!”
