“ JUMIA is terrible, first thing the order delayed 10 days, i tried to call 4 times to get my items and everytime they tell me you will be contacted shortly but no one calls, then after the fifth call, a delivery man called me ( he didn’t know even when he is going to deliever the items but he is making sure i’m at the location) The same day i tried to call him more than 5 times he did not answer back and i was waiting at the location. ”
