“The price I paid was double what the online price suggested. It was a small lilac tree - I paid $159 - ridiculous . My garbage pick up would have taken it if I could have cut and bundled . I would not recommend your service for small loads. They refused to take a blue box full of dirt unless I paid an additional $179, even though it fit under the brush! Crazy!!!!!”

“The guys who came were super helpful and very polite! The cost was very reasonable. Better than most. We called on a Friday night and they showed up Saturday afternoon! I will definately use them again and recommend to my family and friends!”

“They were great at removing all our junk and sweeping up, but they were late on the first appointment and did not have enough space to take away all our stuff that night in their truck, so came back the next day to remove the rest but were also 2 hours behind schedule. Luckily I didn't have to be anywhere so it wasn't a huge inconvenience but they could definitely manage their communications and timing better.”

“The guys were professional, pesonable and good at what they did. I had quite a load of stuff, most of it very heavy. It was no problem for them. I had made appointments with another company, which they confirmed by email, 2 days in a row, they never showed up on either day. Just Junk was there within 2 hours. HAPPY WAS I.”

“Was very disappointed in this service. Showed up 1.5 hrs late, with a quarter of the bin already filled. Then everything was an 'extra' charge, ie removing magazines, etc. They charged me over 1.5 times the full bin rate posted on the web site (despite arriving 1/4+ full) and leaving not quite full. Hired a handyman to take out a second equivalent load 2 days later at 1/4 the price!”
