“The guys phoned and said they were on their way and arrived 10 minutes later. They were actually a bit early which was great for me. I showed them the couch I wanted removed and they had it out in 5 minutes. One of the guys even started sweeping the dog hair that was under the couch. They were fast and efficient and I would use Just Junk again.”

“The fellows who came to pick up the item that we were getting rid of were polite, efficient and helpful. It would have been helpful if the person who took the original phone call had told me that there was a flat fee as I only had one item to be taken. They did give me a 10% discount which was appreciated.”
