“Over a $100 more than quote plus a sneaky tip feature that cost me and additional $30 Will not use this service again and will make others aware of what to really expect.”

“They came quickly and on time but then wanted to charge $50 extra just to take a small mirror. I felt nickel and dimed. It would have been no big deal for them to just throw it in but they wanted more. I declined just on principal. Just felt it was poor.”

“I’ve used your service 3 times and the last 2 have been the same; I get a price online and my junk fits the description of the things (image) required for that price. Then once the crew get here I’m told a higher price, again even though I’m getting rid of junk that is either smaller or same as description. The experience leaves me feeling that I was ripped off, which has left me no alternative but to go with one of your competition.”

“Very overpriced, and quotes are misleading. Junk removers tried to overcharge us by $100 and my husband had to correct them repeatedly.”

“The good: It’s possible to book online and the arrival windows offer a lot of options. The less good: They definitely gouge on pricing. When loading they toss things in with no order at all, which makes the load seem bigger than it is... and then bill extra for it. I watched them load my neatly boxed ‘junk’ and could easily have fit it into 1/3 the space they billed me for. Pretty not impressed.”

“I needed half of my doubke garage emptied. And a fridge taken away from the garage. There was some old food it and they dudnt take that junk away. I hired this company to get rid if what i dont want. They put the food in a plasic little bin its arill out sude my house. People aew like why you git garbage foid there i said junk junk dint take food junk is junk. Removal .mad3 easy well no one i knkw will ever go to ykir compsny as rhey se3 what was left for me. So whatever its berm there montjd now dont bothet me none its bsd for yjur co.mpany i knlw many wramthy peoole abd they know proplr i ssid jusy lookbat my junk they left. Oh and the obe guy broke my vaes on my porch. Iwont use or refer ykur complamy ti anyine 0”

“Nice and friendly people that worked quickly but they completely overestimated the amount that would fit in the truck. They said they would be able to fit everything in my garage, and they could not fit everything so 1/4th got left behind, if I knew from the start that 1/4th of everything would not fit then I would not have agreed to the removal.”

“Really disappointed in the service I received from the receptionist and the movers. The receptionist really messed up my order and the movers didn't take everything out to the dump - they left several of my discarded furniture drawers in the garbage room! Next time I want furniture disposed of I'll do it myself and thus save a lot of money!”

“The service was decent but the payment system is pretty bad. Have to call them, jump through hoops, wait for call backs, leave voicemails and emails just to try and reach them to pay them? Otherwise if you don't they charge interest. Every other company just takes your credit card info online and you simply pay?”

“Although they offered same day service, when the service men arrived and gave me a quote it was OVER the top ridiculous. I immediately told them I would not require their services and would never have called them if I had know it was going to cost that much. They immediately reduced their quote by over HALF, which just indicated to me that they were trying to swindle me with the first quote. I don't mind negotiating, but with their original quote being so ridiculous it made me feel like I was dealing with slimy criminals. Why not just give me a reasonable quote to begin with? I will never use this company again.”

“The website gave a very good description of piano removal but the crew didn't have any experience. My tile floor was scratched in the process and they removed my screen door and didn't put it back on properly. I was disappointed for the amount I paid.”

“well the first time I used Just Junk a man and woman came and they did an approximate measurement on the truck told me the space probably being used and the price and they piled it very neat and precisely on the back of the truck. They were great...lots of room left on the truck.. this time around two guys came and didnt say how much space on the truck used approx.. they just gave me a price (rather costly) but I needed it removed so I didnt complain. they threw it on the truck very messy and disorderly and used the whole back of the truck by having such a mess very different from first time around so yeah to me it was a very poor job done by these guys so I was not very happy”

“Though they removed what I asked, they by no means came close to filling truck. They don’t breakdown anything nor do they advise you to. They block your view of front of truck with larger items, so you can’t see. Charged for 3 trucks , easily could have been 2.. I-need another load removed but will call someone else.”

“The guys that came and picked up my junk or awesome very good guys polite the whole nine yards they have great employees my only issue was they came to my house with a full truck and then still charge me for 3/8 of a truck I think they charge me too much 3/8 of a truck and up costing me $375 which I could have fitted all that stuff in my own pickup truck”

“Had an appointment from 2-4pm but they didn't show up until 4:15pm for the estimate. They did not call prior to that to mention they would be late. We tried to contact Just Junk to ask what was going on but could not immediately get a hold of anyone by phone (their message stated the office was closed). The two people who eventually showed up removed the items requested at 5:15pm but they had to leave them on the sidewalk since their truck was full. They left and the truck that originally was supposed to be there arrived at 6:05pm to finally load the items onto the truck. So, it was over 2 hours after the appointment window that my items were finally loaded onto the truck. It would have been courteous to receive notification that the driver was going go be late and more details on the situation.”
