“A big thank you to the two gentlemen who yesterday morning at Canadian Tire helped my husband as I was fainting. They stayed with us and the two staff who were assisting me. “The "professionals" who removed a couch from my home left a gash in the wooden floor right at the entrance to our living room when they dropped it and scrapped it across the floor. I have written to the company and left emails all of which came to nothing. Everything is great until you have damage and an issue with the incompetence.”

“1/10 Poor experience - ordered this for my parents so they could have peace of mind. When the Just Junk people arrived they only took 4 items and charged my mother $300. Poor service, and no communication. Revilo Place and no additional solution to the help or service we were looking for.”

“Michael and Jarrett were great! They were prompt, pleasant, and took great care getting items out of our house without damaging walls/door frames. We had almost a full truck load, and they were in and out in just over an hour. Would totally recommend and use the service again.”

“When I called to make arrangements to have my junk picked up, I talked with Alison. I found her rude and condescending .Was going to cancel my appointment but was on a tight schedule. When I got the call from the drivers I found them pleasant to talk to. They were prompt and professional. They had my job done in a matter of minutes. Would deal Jarrett and Michael again!!
