“Professional, prompt, efficient and great staff. Highly recommend!”

“When I booked the appointment the lady on the phone said they would come and give me a quote then remove the item on the spot. They had to come 2 days later. Once the job was completed one of the guys called about 10 times. I was in a meeting and could not answer. When I did speak to him I gave him the owners number for payment and he was rude on the phone. He called the owner then called back again saying the owner did not answer. He called her again and received payment right away. Just a bit aggressive.”

“Good service from the guys that picked up our old piano, on time, and communicated when on their way. Price was a bit high to just move standup paino from garage into their truck, took 10 minutes even though I understand there are other expenses for disposal, and they did not have any control over their minimum charges...so not blaming them. Misunderstanding with Office that the piano would be recycled and donated for re-use, which is what we were told, then the guys that picked it up said that it does not get re-used, but dumped, because of process they have for pickup, and that the pianos never get recycled. A bit disappointing hearing that after we were told differently initially. Overall, JustJunk provided good service and communication throughout...so satisfied in the end. Thanks”

“I got an estimate online which is why I booked just junk. When they arrived at my home the actual price was $300 MORE than the quote. I had to reduce what I needed removed as I only had a budget of max $200. I then had to move the rest of the furniture by myself. Estimates should be more accurate.”
