“The water taste good, great that it’s environmentally friendly. However, at times the bottle feels 1/3 empty. I’ve noticed if the box is placed upside down, water leaks. In addition, it’s tough to really tell if the cap has been opened or not. Also keeping them in a cooler with ice seems to weaken the structure of the container.”
“Honestly, the quality of the packaging is nice. Along with the design and colors are also neat. The only problem I have with Just Water is quantity. Yeah, 24 bottles sound like a lot but I feel like in 3 sips one bottle is gone. I wish the company would make the average bottles of water bigger. Basically more water in the bottle because I feel like I am getting ripped off for 25$. I under this is popular and more healthier brand, but these bottle sizes are closer to 8 fl oz than the average bottle of water 16.9 FL”

“The 33.8 ounce size always leaks, I like the water taste and the smaller ones have been fine but you have to figure out a better lid for the larger, why not the same lid as the small?”

“hi! In my most recent shipment, the box arrived partially soaked, and I discovered that 6 of the water containers were leaking!!
It looked like problems at the top seals.
Can you please adjust billing to give me credit or something? I will use the leaking containers to water plants so it won't go to waste, but I am not comfortable drinking myself.

“The ship came fast thank you. I ordered 10 cases. The only problem was one of the cases had a one broken carton. I was going to call and tell them but I didn’t want to be that guy that’s cried over one carton out of 140 cartons.

“The water tastes good, I like that the bottles are not plastic but---they are very hard to open. I have arthritis in my right hand and it is almost impossible to open. :( Not easy to drink out of the bottle either because of the large opening.”

The one thing I would like for you to work on is your "re-stock" time frame. I've been wanting to order the citrus infused water for over the past year and it's still not available. I would imagine if it is discontinued you would inform that on your website so your customers would know.
