“I love the taste, the environmental focus, and your community outreach (Flint, MI). I would suggest you redesign your spout and top of the carton as I always have to rip out the spout to get the last few ozs of water from the carton (and at the cost, I want to get it all). Also, I ordered my last order directly from JUST. I have only opened one box so far, but one of the 33.3 oz cartons had leaked some in transport. No big deal, but thought you'd want to know. The only reason I give 4 out of 5 is the spout design. The only reason for 9 instead of 10 for the likelihood of recommendation is the high cost.”

“Received multiple cases and one was damaged and all but 2 bottles had a slow leak that wasn’t discovered until a couple days after it arrived. Customer service made a “one one exception” for us but indicated next time we would need to contact the shipper. If shipping is included shouldn’t that be on JUST WATER to make it right no matter what? I also didn’t design their packaging so any substandard bottles or boxes should be their issue. Stand behind your products.”
“I love the taste of the water - so refreshing! My only complaint is that the fizziness/carbonation does not last to the end of drinking the water-goes flat pretty quick. Perhaps it's the high altitude in Denver, CO - but I don't have the same issue with other carbonated beverages. Maybe consider a 12 oz. bottle.”
