“Received 100 waters. All was good with the exception of a box with loose waters (not upright and organized as the others). Three of those waters leaked all over the others and we could not use them and it was a hassle to clean up the mess. I would strongly suggest repacking so this does not occur again.”
“The flavors and carbonation is great. However, at least 2 of my lemon were flat as received which is disappointing given the price. Delivery was also very long.”
“Hello, I was very excited to find just water lemon and Blackberry product especially because it’s water infused without any carbonation/pop. I have a standing order. However the reason for the three stars is because you changed the organic/natural infused organic essence with natural flavor that doesn’t taste at all the same, it has a bitterness to it that the organic infused essence doesn’t. Also since you changed it Blackberry now tastes like cherry (i’m not a fan of cherry flavor and I am allergic to mint, therefore the only flavor I can get is lemon what doesn’t taste the same anymore.) Anyway I hope you can go back to infusing it with organic essence and not continue using the excuse of cOVID-19.”
“I love how sustainable the packaging is but every time I order there’s always several leaking. The tops are very delicate and tear off easily so you can’t drink from the bottle a lot of tops bc the top mouth fell off”
“The packaging is great and the regular water and the sparkling water look great on the bar and for parties. However, I'm not crazy about the sparkling packaging because neither of us could twist open the tops. Because of this, we can't use the sparkling for our day-to-day needs.”
“The water is good, but each shipment has a couple boxes that leak around the opening. Some to the point that the cardboard shipping container is wet. Redesign please!”
“I love the idea behind this water! My only complaint is that the top sometimes comes off and is unable to reseal. Sometimes when I receive my monthly package the whole box is wet because a couple of the tops have come off. Sometimes when I try to take the lid off the whole thing comes off and the lid is still sealed when the whole plastic part comes. off.”
“At first the water had a nice refreshing taste. But two weeks later it left an after taste in my mouth. I had a friend of mine taste it prior to Thanksgiving. They also said it had a “funny taste””
“The water tastes fabulous and I love the concept and the packaging but there is a lot to be desired for the delivery. The last couple of orders I finally felt like someone was listening but initially I felt like it was falling on closed ears. I placed 7 orders with your company and only 1-2 have been completed in a timely manner. The rest of the orders all had issues and to the customer it doesn't matter whether it is your company or the method you use to ship - it still reflects on your company. Still waiting on a great experience with your company.”
