“Since it’s been 7 days and still no movement, only a “shipping label created”, I can only review based off tracking. Long story short, I’ve had Just Water before. It’s thee best water to me (only reason for getting a star). However, I usually order from Amazon but noticed JUST Water has variety bundles which is why I decided to go through them. Let’s just say I’ll stick with Amazon from now on and pay a little more to have a more efficient shipping experience. Yes, I know it says 7-10 days shipping. But the darn label was created 7 days ago and according to fedex and “SHOP”, I guess my order of 3 boxes is just sitting around waiting to be shipped. Not even sure why I got a survey before the shipment has been sent.”

I was quoted 7-10 business days for delivery; today is day 9 and the shipping tracking says it’s still in California. Hopefully I can update this review soon.”
“Right now I'm pretty unhappy. I love your products and have bought them from several sources in the past but this is my first order directly from you. According to your website, a tracking number was created July 13th but the products were never given to FedEx. It's now the 20th with no product shipped as far as I can tell. So your products are great, your shipping? Not so much.”
