“The lemon water is great...when I get it. So far in a 3 month subscription the first two months I was sent plain water, and when I informed JUST water about this no attempt to correct or compensate for the mix up to me was made, just an apology (fine), and this, the 3rd month I was sent a tracking number on the 5th, and according to the tracking number FedEx still hasn't even received the package, all that's happened is a shipping label has been created, so now over a week later (today is the 13th) I still haven't received my order that I usually get during the first week of the month (it hasn't even shipped!). I wouldn't normally bother writing a review regarding this, but JUST water sent me a request for a review before they have sent me a response to my inquiry about my where my water is this month....
So in summation, lemon water is tasty, but in 3-months of paying for lemon water through the subscription service I have yet to actually receive it...”

“Website for customer service needs work - you almost miss the icon for updating or accessing account information (and THAT assumes you arrive at the appropriate site which is different from the marketing site). Changing account information is problematic to say the least, as I checked and changed info for three months and STILL had delivery to old address. Love the water, but unsure it's worth the hassle.”
“It’s very expensive compared to other water I’ve purchased. Also, the shipping takes a lot longer than expected. I was notified that it would be delivered within a week of me placing the order, and it wasn’t. Then I went in to check the updated status, and now it’s not showing a new delivery date at all. I want an option that is better for the planet and better my family, but I need something affordable and more convenient.”
“I love the water. I am just disappointed because I recently submitted an order and was given a shipping confirmation. When I went to track the package, it said that it was canceled by the sender. I called and sent emails ago to figure out what was happening and when I finally heard back, I was told that the water was in low stock and my order was bumped. I am cool with the water being low in stock, I would just appreciate better communication around what’s happening with my order.”
“I love the just water however what I DO NOT LIKE is ordering water and your website never says you are out of stock - then you take it upon yourself to replace it with the PLAIN water which I DID NOT want nor did I order. I only like the flavored and you have replaced it 2 times with the plain water. When questioned via email I was told you were out of stock - IF YOU ARE OUT OF STOCK THEN DO NOT SEND ME A REPLACEMENT - SEND ME NOTHING!!!!!”
“A lot of my water bottles came half empty with the cap broken :(
I love just water and what it stands for and i believe it’s the healthiest water that exists in the market but didn’t like that a lot of water bottles were broken.”

“The mint water itself is my favorite however my first order was damaged. Most bottles were smashed. They gracefully sent me an replacement but when that also arrived damaged to the point the bottles wouldn't even stand. I was done and didn't even bother to notify them.”

“Have become extremely disappointed in the delivery of the shipments. They continue to arrive with several of the containers leaking water. This last shipment arrived with one of the shipment in a square box with the waters dumped in a large plastic bag ( see photo). Also, all three containers were shipped from California from a Hawaiian water company?? Therefore, please cancel all further shipments. While we appreciate the concept, we’re tired of going through each shipment to determine which containers were leaking.
Hope you solve the problem, but count us out.
