“Beware overseas buyers. Garment They sent looked old and dated; was too tight. Will never buy from Kalki again . Very disappointing and shame on them for misleading.”

“Sent me the wrong size. I repeatedly contacted their customer service WhatsApp number for over a month. They either did not reply or said they were looking into it. It’s been many weeks and I still haven’t heard back. They also have a website that has returns link that doesn’t work. Very poor customer service.”

“Extremely poor service for international orders. The ETA is incorrect. Didn’t ship me order 2 weeks after I ordered it. I cancelled my order and they didn’t process me refund even after 7 days of following up! On the 7th day. They told me it would take another 7 days for the refund to be processed. Horrible place to purchase from”

“Worst customer service in the world and the worst quality products.. Stay away from these cheaters. They gave me a dress with horrible stains and all the threads were coming out. Its not even worth 100 rs. When I contacted customer service, they denied that there was even return policy even though there is a whole page on their website dedicated to RETURNS!!! they are liars and they will never answer your texts. Never ever buy anything form kalki.”

“Please never ever order from this website. WORST Customer Care support team and they will cheat you for the buy. I ordered an XS kurti but they sent XL by removing the size label. I contacted the support team but no one turned back till now. Please don't buy from these guys again There is no contact number whatsoever, whatsapp chats you would never get a response and, phones would never get answered, it is a fraudulent website and all the good review s are paid reviews.”

“Please never ever order from this website. I placed an order one month back which was supposed to be delivered on October 28, for $108 USD and have not received my item yet from claiming to be international brand. There is no contact number whatsoever, whatsapp chats you would never get a response and, phones would never get answered, it is a fraudulent website and all the good review s are paid reviews. It's a highly unethical and unprofessional a big brand like to leave the customers in limbo like this. Please be aware and never ever order from here.”

“Don't keep your hopes up after placing an order to get it on time. Till the time u paid the costs of your order the customer service is proactive. After that u are lost on their list. Its been nearly 2 months for my order and no news. Meantime I received all my orders from other online boutiques. VERY DISSAPPOINTED WITH KALKI!!!!!”
