“I ordered one wedding gown for my engagement and I received the gown 2 days before my engagement which was late. Also, the fitting of the gown was so lose that I didn't have time to get it altered. I managed somehow though. This is the case when they took each and every detail of my fitting. This was so pathetic. Secondly, I ordered a Saree with blouse and received a Saree which was used. It was not fresh. They shared the footage of the Saree packing but what I received was not the same, it was little different. Also, when I raised the concern they denied to take the blouse back and after some time they denied to take the Saree back as well. So I spent almost Rs.23000 on both the orders and both the orders are useless for me and they have denied to take the orders back even it was mentioned that that orders are returnable. These guys are just making money with sending wrong orders. Pathetic service and ridiculous customer service.”

“I have ordered from Kalki on 3 occasions & each time something was wrong with the outfit. Each time i emailed/called them there was NO RESPONSE back from them. The last outfit ordered (March 2023) stated on the website it had cups inserted in the outfit as the back was sheer. However, when received there were NO CUPS in the outfits as claimed. After emailing them & calling them a number of times, to date - JUNE 2023 i still have nOT HEARD FROM ANYONE IN KALKI!!!!!!! I won't be ordering anymore items from this pathetic, unprofressional, & untruthful site !!!!!!”

“Such a poor customer service. I ordered 1 Lehenga set from their website. Due to poor fit, fabric and quality of the product and the bottom of the lehenga kind of damaged. Due to all this reasons, I asked them to create the return request. They picked up the return product but I have not received my refund amount so far despite many follow-ups.”

“Avoid like plague AVOID KALKI!! The e-commerce is extremely poor of this store, items out of stock are still shown available online. After the payment is made, you then receive OUT OF STOCK notification. The money will not get refunded and you are left with no choice but to buy something else which will they claim will take 30 days to make. My 30 days of waiting time is over, and soon will be the wedding and I will not have my outfit in time. STAY AWAY!!!!”

“They can't be trusted; they provide false information every step of the way. False delivery date promises and false communications after lodging complaints. They provide no updates or information if the order is getting delayed. I will strongly recommend to not purchase from them.”

“My experience has always been excellent. Both online and offline. I simply love their collection and so affordable. Icing on the cake is so polite staff specially Mr. Shyam who helped me purchase my daughter’s wedding lehenga. Due to his good behaviour I ended up buying around 6 pieces of garments including lehengas sarees sherwanis kurtas Thank You Shyam ji for your cooperation and such a gentle man Thanks Kalki and entire awesome staff”

“On 25 December 2022 I purchased 2 sarees and a kurta from the Delhi store for my daughter, my niece and my son to wear to a wedding In Bangalore. Kalki agreed to stitch the blouse for my daughter and post it and the rest of my purchases to Bangalore by 10 January in time for a wedding on 25 January. It did not arrive and apart from a call to my friend in Bangalore to confirm her address they have made no attempt to contact me. I have emailed and tried to contact them through WhatsApp and have also had numerous nonsensical phone conversations with Nisha in the Delhi store. Nisha has advised that: A. the items were sent by courier on the date of purchase which seems bizarre given that a blouse had to be made; and B. The sarees have been located but the kurta is missing. The wedding is fast approaching and I am at my wits end. I have previously dealt with Kalki’s online business and would again because of the service and quality of the products, but Kalki is clearly a fish out of water in premier retail business. It has overwhelmingly been my worst ever customer service experience in India or in any other country.”

“The site is not secured. Now the scammers have access to my info. and demanding for my DL, SSN, DOB along with money. Purchased a gift for my friend who lives in Australia. The payment was taken out from my account immediately. The product was never shipped. The company claims that they didn't receive the payment despite sending a copy of the bank statement to them.”

“They were very silly goofy ahh with the return process. 10/10 do not reccomend if you are purchasing from australia. picture this you buy a saree and when it arrives you realise the 'fit is not fitting' or 'giving' what it should. so you decide to return it and get ur money back. hold up tho. trigger warning: financial damage. *graphic*. they will make YOU the dissapointed buyer pay for shipping AND pay for customs. ps: this is all alleged. im in a silly goofy mood ahhh”

“after continuously following up on my order for a month, 2 days before delivery i was told that my order would be delayed by a month. No other information shared. They did not take any accountability for the delay. literally zero fs given. And now i wont have an outfit for the occasion. Never recommending or going back to this poorly run business. And no, nothing can be done fix this blunder from their end.”

“Read the fine print very carefully. Unless they ship you an incorrect item (even if the item ordered doesn’t fit), Kalki will NOT allow for exchanges. They will run you round and round until they tell you this . Horrible policy and customer service.”

“On July 13th, 2022, I placed my order with Babita. Which was tailored to my measurements. A month later, on August 17, I received my outfit, and the measurements were completely incorrect. I contacted the person I had ordered from as soon as I got the order, and after several attempts they eventually responded that I must send the outfit back on September 1st and receive a replacement outfit made to exact measurements. They provided me a FedEx shipping label on September 1, and on September 2 I mailed the package to them. On September 14 it was delivered to the address in New Jersey. Since then, Aarti & Zeba, and I have been exchanging messages back and forth. It has been 5 months since I am trying to get this outfit which I paid for to be ready in August. Since October 31st, I have not received any response to my queries and this is so unprofessional and ridiculous. I have no whereabouts or status of my outfit or to see if I would even receive any refund of my money. This is seriously the worst customer service I have experienced in my life. ”

“This store has good stuff but very disorganized I had a bought a piece and the numbers for contact they gave me will never work. No one answers to whatap messages. I had to do my research and through online search had to reach out to them. The store manager Mr Dinesh was helpful but does not take responsibility when things go wrong The staff who work there have their own way to do things. They are rude They dont follow up to explain or follow up any change of pattern if alternation is to be done Very poor service. Would not recommend this store South end extension branch.”

“If you love indian clothing then this is the place to shop. I bought a beautiful Kurta that arrived before the said time. It was so well packaged in a plastic sealed envelope. The cut and style are superb and very well made. It fit me perfectly well. The customer service is outstanding. I will surely buy from them again. Keep up the great work!”

“Do not shop here! Return policy is not clear and they won’t allow a return of an unworn item. I am not out $200. Terrible service. Couldn’t contact them via phone or live chat. They keep emailing me asking what the problem is. The problem is I need to return and need my money back”
