"Quality and customer service is severely lacking. My dress was missing a prominent bead and customer service would do nothing to help replace the bead in advance of an important event. Their chat service person Paul was pretty snarky too.\r\nThe dress came with no replacement pouch as is standard with most 400$+ dresses. My only option would have been to return the dress.\r\nI do not trust their refund process based on other reviews warning of long delays or the need for chargebacks, so l will not be requesting a return just to lose the dress AND elbow for my money back. Save your money - shop somewhere that respects the customer experience."

"For such a prestige company I\u2019m disappointed about their services \r\nI bought 2 coats and one jacket from them which one I returned next day via Evri because unfortunately the size wasn\u2019t a good fit for me.\r\nIt has been one week since they received my return and still haven\u2019t even got the email to say we are processing your return. I contacted them last week on WhatsApp and they replied there that my refund it\u2019s making its way. I mean I bought things from much more cheaper brands and those companies have a better system and faster return. Their return policy doesn\u2019t even say it will give you the x money in these many days. \r\nVery shocking and looking at the rest of these reviews I\u2019m not the only one. A big let down and do not recommend this company \r\nTomorrow I am calling Paypal to discuss as I have instalment payments via them and I can already see this will be a hassle. I will get my refund and never ever again."

"I returned an item and Karen Millen is ignoring my request for a refund.\r\nIt has been going on for 3 months now and looks like I am out of pocket. \r\nI would not buy from this company again, avoid at all cost as you are likely to lose your money if you need to return. \r\nThe majority of reviews say the same thing. \r\nPlease see image for the only reply I got.
