Best experience ever with online shopping. Ontime, responsive customer service. The quality was great, like it looks in the picture, I had to return it because of the size, and it was free and straightforward to return. I received an email and am waiting for the money. After reading reviews I feel sorry for people experiencing bad service but wonder if the recent ones are down to the manic xmas buying season where staff are extra busy so things get missed and deadlines aren't reached.

Not sure about the negative reviews but have ordered my third dress from Karen Millen and it is perfect, quality of all items I have bought including new shoes all arrived on time I did have to make one return but simply went to a Hermes store at my local shop she zapped it and sent it off and my refund was done in five working days. Really like the app and really like the service and clothes :)
