“ Not sure about the negative reviews but have ordered my third dress from Karen Millen and it is perfect, quality of all items I have bought including new shoes all arrived on time I did have to make one return but simply went to a Hermes store at my local shop she zapped it and sent it off and my refund was done in five working days.
