“ PLEASE don’t buy from Karen Millen if there is a slight chance you will want to return your item. They are not giving people’s money back on returns. I have been waiting 6 weeks now for my refund & all I get from customer services is “please allow 10 more working days”. Reasons never given! I doubt I’ll see my money again! ”

“ I have to agree with the negative reviews above. I bought a dress from Karen Millen in London that I absolutely loved, so I thought the brand was a winner for me so I order a bunch of clothes that looked very fitted and high end on the website, what I got was sheein quality clothes. Not worth it! And not up to my expectations considering the price. Returns not easy and you pay for return fee. Sizes are not consistent either. ”
