“Good quality sandals with comfortable soles and three way adjustment straps but straps could have done with being a little longer so that velcro was not exposed. Sizing is not accurate. I had to buy a full size bigger than my existing Karrimor sandals. Once sure of the size I bought three more pairs for future use to safeguard against design and size anomalies!”

“The product was satisfactory but the packaging was apalling. The garment had plastic wrapping around it but was not in an enclosed bag. The hood was just hanging out. The outer bag was sealed. This item appeared to come from Sports Direct and not Karrimor.”

“I placed my order with you on March 7th. I heard nothing for weeks and when I e-mailed your customer service I was told the whole order was on hold waiting for an item due at the end of April !!! I had to cancel this item in order for the rest to be processed and sent out in time for me to go on my trip. My clothing was finally processed o 3rd April and I received it a few days later. I cannot believe that you run a business that delays sending out items ( for 1 month) because one thing is delayed. I have never experienced this before with any other company and am astonished that you think it is acceptable. I had to send the same message twice before it was acknowledged and even then the reply just confirmed that an item had been cancelled and my order would be processed, no apology or explanation. I found the whole process ridiculous which is hugely disappointing as the products were great when they finally arrived. However, it will stop me from using you again which is a shame.”
