“Parcel incorrectly addressed meaning went to a house some distance away. The poor householder went from door to door to find the correct recipient The invoice in the parcel had the correct address”

“One of the pairs of trousers has the security tag attached and has hole in them. Now I have to take them back to the shop that I had them delivered from. Will they give me back my delivery charge. I hope so”

“the size of the bag was disappointing and not what I was expecting. When it came it was labelled wrong so I'm beginning to think I received the wrong order: my bag was £28.00 but the label on the bag when I received it said £34.99. It is a 65L capacity rucksack but is no bigger than an average sized backpack, extremely disappointed and now have to look for a bag somewhere else. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!”

“Hi there, I am very disapointed to find out about the 14day refund on the more expensive items such as wetsuits. I wanted to exchange the wetsuit for a bigger size however have found it beyond difficult to find out how this can be done. I continue to try and speak with someone on the phone but instead can only find automated answers online. x”
