“My biggest issues was that the P&P was most probably £4 higher than it should have been. 1 pair of laces 4.99 delivery, nah cannot cost that much. Have ordered 6 pairs to reduce the price, but still far to much for what has been ordered.”

“Really happy with Karrimor. I ordered one of their Phantom Waterproof Jackets, made of their own Gore-Tex like waterproof materials, looks really good and seems good quality. (I am yet to have worn it in rain, will see how waterproof it is then! but it looks waterproof!) Delivery was amazing! I ordered the jacket at 1835 on Thursday night and it arrived Friday afternoon THE DAY AFTER!!!!! Got a text to say it was almost delivered and one to say it was delivered! WOW! postage only cost £6.99 too bargain!!! Hopefully the jacket will be as good as the service, though I expect it to be good, it looks awesome!!”

“brought karrimor hot earth walking boots on line as the shop don't have them in stock and even though it early days I tried them on and fitted very well and are well made, they are waterproof and has Event lining(perfect for making them breathable, soles are hard, so will last quite a while and at £39.99 down from £159 I cant go wrong, so ordered the hot earth shoes version at the same price, current price for waterproof boot/shoes with Event lining are £90+, so again at £39.99 a bargain..03/07/2016..Rob”

“Company service good and communication excellent. Quality of sandals is good and sale price superb value but sizing is way out on both men's and women's lines. Ordered size 42 (8 ) women's to replace existing superbly fitting Karrimor sandals, also size 42 but these are too short and too narrow. I wear a 40 or 41 in Birkenstock! Similar problem with men's 44.5 (10 ) for my husband who takes a nine and a half in a shoe and happily wears 44 Birkenstocks. 4 different styles, all with size issues I have paid postage, will have to pay return postage ,and more postage for replacements in larger size....but in future first will find the shoes in Sports Direct ( I believe they 'own' the Karrimor brand name ) and make sure they fit before considering buying on line! Makes me wish I had braved the shops in the first place.”

“Great service and prompt delivery of rucksack. Disappointed with the quality of the rucksack once received as despite it being the same model as my old rucksack, it certainly isnt made with the same quality of materials (admittedly the rucksack in question is now 20 years old and guess its unrealistic to assume that standards would be comparable)”

“Did click & collect at Sports Direct Perth - the girl couldn't find it so tried to convince me that another package with a name different to mine (but same surname) was it. As this package was a T shirt and I was picking up shoes I refused to accept this rubbish - she was obviously too lazy to look, because my package was there and with MY name on it. She was quite content to knowingly give me someone else's item, meaning I would have had a wasted journey to collect mine, have to return, and the guy who's package it was would have a wasted journey too. Appalling - oh and no apology when the real one was brought out by someone else - just more excuses and lies.”

“Paid for next day delivery and they arrived on time just as stated. The only thing I can grimace about is I paid £21.99but on the box the price is £14.69 .”
