“Hi, I have always been and still am very happy with Karrimor products. Lately, I have ordered 4 items and first 3 items are fine. The problem is with the 4th item, Karrimor Ridge3in1 JkSn61 Black Large Product Code: 442256/03/430. I have only received the inner part but unfortunately I have not received the “outer” part of the jacket. Can you please check and come back to me. “Overall thus far on both the selection process and delivery with my two new rucksack purchased recently. Am following this up from a rucksack I purchased approximately 30 years ago whilst in forces and has served me very well. Has been on numerous climbing expeditions and hundreds of escapades camping and shopping trips. Cannot fault it as am a keen motorcyclist and my clothing always remains dry although I do pack it in carrier bags inside the sack. Nice one Karrimor continue the good work Keith Pacey”

“I've just picked up my order from the shop, i did not receive an email to say that it was ready for collection,so straight away that is poor service on your behalf. Having unpacked the item, i am very disappointed to find that the item is faulty , so I will be returning this , first thing on Monday morning. So can you please arrange to have my money refunded without delay. Yours faithfully , T McCaugherty.”

“Excellent product(s), I have used more expensive and more popular brands within the outdoor community but find the quality in most Karrimor products matches and in footwear in my opinion exceeds the leading brands. I am an long distance walker/hiker and for all my endurance training and events karrimor backpack, boots and clothing are my go to gear. My most recent buy is the wtx bivvy bag and will be giving it a thorough testing in some of my multi day adventures.”

“The footwear that I ordered came very quick than I was expecting , I would love to own more of karrimor , good quality should be more easy to get hold of ie under armour another good brand , sport direct in store are hopeless kind regards Mr G Roberts”

“Good - Ordered a pair of trainers online which arrived promptly. Have bought similar before in a shop so knew what to expect. Good service. Bad - having just clicked to confirm the order I noticed another more expensive style that I would have preferred but there was no way to amend the order. I am sure I could return the trainers and reorder but it would be much better to alter the website to enable changes to an order.”
