“I bought a few pairs of socks delivery was quick but the first pair I wore had a hole in them by the end of the day . The next few pairs I've tried since now problems as of yet”

“Karrimor's service is hopeless. I ordered a 3 in 1 jacket and when the order came they had sent just a fleece. They then expected me to pay recorded delivery to Sen the wrong item back!! I'm waiting for a reply to my email about this but I may have to wait 3 days. That's nice!”

“The shoes are, as ever, very good value for my purposes and the delivery charge, for 3 pairs, very reasonable. As I was in a bit of a rush for the shoes I opted for the next day service and paid my £2 additional to the standard £4.99. The problem only became that I was out when Yodel tried to deliver the parcel and redelivery was out of the question so I had to resort to collecting them from Yodel`s depot, making nonsense of the next day element and adding to my own costs. It was not stated that the parcel had to be signed for, and it is not unusual to be out for 2 hours on a Saturday afternoon, so I am displeased with this aspect of the service.”

“The shoes I ordered were a replica of a similar pair I have - just a different colour. They are much bigger so too big for me. I'm not impressed that I had to pay a delivery charge when I was collecting them from a JB Sports shop and that I have to pay postage again to return them. That means the shoes are no longer the bargain they seemed to be when ordering.”

“I received my order today and was sent the wrong shoes. The colour is similar, but what came are trail shoes. I did not order trail shoes. Now, I have to return them at my own expense. I live abroad and so it won't be inexpensive.”
