“Duffle bags look sturdy enough though the shoulder straps don't appear easy to adjust when carrying on your shoulders - I haven't tried it with weight yet. The superlite rucksacks are larger than I was hoping for. The washbags are excellent. Delivery was fast (to Paris) and I was kept informed throughout.”

“I paid for the next day delivery and the parcel arrived 3 days later. not sure why i should pay extra for a service you cant deliver on? I have also sent an email to you about this, but i still havent heard any response to that??!! very happy with the goods though”

“I ordered walking shoes to be picked up from a local branch of Sports Direct. Arrived quickly, good communication, shop staff good, product good and it fitted perfectly. If it hadn't fitted properly I would have had to sort out a return courier which is my only gripe, but I was told I could do an exchange with anything in stock in the shop. Plus I got a £5 gift voucher for shopping online. Great”

“My wife had already bought a pair of the lightweight travel sandals from Go Outdoors (last pair they had) and liked them. We try, when we find shoes we like, to get hold of another pair while they are still available - so I went hunting on 'tinternet. Much to my surprise I found the same sandals on Karrimor's own website and at a bargain price of £19.99 a pair - so I bought 2 pairs. They arrived quickly (via Yodel) and are perfect, even though reduced from the initial price of £79.99 to £39.99 and then to the price I paid £19.99. Wife is delighted with the sandals, I am delighted with the bargain. Many Thanks Karrimor”
