“Products were of good quality and price. However I ordered in plenty of time and paid for next day delivery. The items were dispatched to the courier in time but the courier (Yodel) failed to even attempt a delivery on the specified date. Nor did they advise me that delivery would not take place.”

“I have no idea where my item is.. I've not had confirmation of it being delivered to the nominated store.. I bought it 4 days ago and you're sending emails asking how you're asking me about my shopping experience.. Like I've received it.wtf!?”

“I wanted to replace my existing backpack and was very pleased that this was still available. Not only that but the cheapest place to buy was on the Karrimor site itself. The ordering process was simple, with options to collect locally for free, although I didn't choose this option. The goods arrived within the indicated time and I was pleased to be able to track this online. So all in all, excellent service, excellent price and excellent product. Well done.”

“I picked up my order today, everything was fine and I got it even earlier than I had expected. I ordered running shoes and sandals. As for the running shoes, I think they look much better on the pictures in your online shop, but they seem to be comfortable (can tell in a day or two). The sandals are really nice, I already wear shoes with vibram and I hope I will get as much comfort as usually. Still planning to buy jackets :) Extremely happy with Summit shoes bought in London last year, they are my very favorite! Wee question - do you sell sprays/reproofers? Thank you Karrimor :) For sure it was not my last shopping with you!”

“The product is fine - walking shoes. But the delivery from Yodel was woeful. I paid £6.99 next day delivery as shoes required for a holiday in 2 days time. Waited in all day because a signature was required on delivery. No delivery. Contacted Karrimor, who immediately gave me a £2 off ie reverting to ordinary delivery terms. OK, but waited in all day again and finally the shoes arrived with a few minutes to go to the delivery cut off time of 7 pm, and just in time for the holiday next day. Karrimor has a good reputation which is being put at risk by a third rate delivery company. I checked other feedbacks many of which had had a similar experience with Yodel!”

“The shoes have not yet arrived. Your carrier Yodel lied about trying to deliver them (they were on a next day delivery) - claiming no one had been in. My desk (home office) is 6ft from my front my door and I have several dogs who bark at the slightest sound.There had been no card put through the letterbox. I called Yodel to complain right after I got the email saying they'd tried to deliver and they claimed they would get the driver to turn round and try again. They didn't arrive. Yodel's online tracking then claimed they would deliver the next day (yesterday). They didn't. May I recommend DPD? They are absolutely fantastic. Timed deliveries and an app that will keep you in the loop. If they're a bit more expensive, they're worth it in terms of customer-satisfaction.”
