“We ordered two pair of walking boots and they came on the correct day. However, a pair of men's 9 did not fit and had to be returned. My husband has always worn size 9 therefore we have to think that the size was incorrect.”

“i was unbelievable that the backpacks was really cheap. In Hong Kong , it cost $2700 to buy a sf60-100. However, i bought it in the official website was around $1700. It's make me really happy and crazy. The only one things that made me felt disappointed is there were no multicam color in the website.”

“The shoes were too narrow for my feet. I wanted to take them back to the store to save postage but was only allowed a credit note. The reason i buy them online is because the store doesn't usually stock my size (4.5). By chance they did so I was lucky this time and was able to exchange. The service would be improved if (a) I could order online and have them delivered to a store of my choice without having to pay postage. (I don't mind waiting until the lorry makes it's next delivery) and (b) the stores could stock more half sizes so I could try the shoes on first.”

“Quick and easy way of purchasing etc. Bit disappointed with the amount of postage to pay. The yodel service was also a bit iffy in that my parcel was delivered smelling of cigarettes - for a non smoker especially it isn't the best. But the quality of the products inside were great.”
