“i was extremely happy with how easy it was to place the order and the correspondence from Karrimor regarding order conformation and dispatch details. Then I became very un happy as I ( apparently) missed a delivery from Yodel on the Tuesday - i missed a delivery again on Wednesday ( even though i was in when the delivery was supposed to have been attempted) so I am now sat in waiting again for the Yodel delivery , if the parcel does not come today ( I need it for tomorrow ) i will be returning it. I will probably not order from you again as Yodel badly let you down and cannot be relied on”

“Delivery was very fast - 3, 5 days !!! We delivered exactly at the agreed time in advance by telephone; like materials, which make up a backpack; like the fact that the primary color is different in the structure of tissues; like the fact that added gray; it is important that the height is adjusted the back; the first time I see a raincoat at the bottom of a backpack (I think it is more convenient than the above); well, that raincoat of dark (black), it can be used as bedding for that would not backpack getting dirty; pleased with the large number of pockets (I'm a fan of them :)), all at once even saw)); On the Internet, I met the bad reviews about your company as a backpack (although all were on the small, inexpensive backpacks). I took a chance and are now very happy !! I myself seamstress and I believe in you)) I hope that the backpack will meet my expectations and more !!! In school, I traveled with a backpack and a tent, and now I really do not have enough. “I ordered some shoes for next-day delivery. They sent me the wrong product, there's no number to call, so I emailed and got a reply saying they will respond to the email in 1-3 working days. So it'll be ages before I get the shoes I paid to have next day :-(”

“Everything was as expected and fast delivery... although i must say that ( even though nothing happened to it ! ) I find it a bit risky sending a tent overseas packed only in its packsack with plastic wrapping..... !!!”
