“Yodel put my parcel in a bush in my front garden, so it's obviously been stolen already, and Karrimor haven't contacted me back, not impressed at all. This is my first buy with them too.”

“Karrimor supplied me with the right sized original Karrimor buckles which finished off my repairs to my year 2000 Global 50-70 sand pack. They are strong, don't require stitching as they have breaks in them, and they carry the union flag logo so make the pack look complete. It doesn't look new now, just well travelled and complete.”

“I have bought Karrimor Skye boots for many years, but now these are not available. Decided to go for Karrimor Orkney boots. Ordered them on a Friday. Delivered on following Monday, Great service Hope these boots are as good as the Skye boots.”

“Ordered some boots and they arrived with the security tag on. I now have to go to a store to get it removed. Pointless ordering online and a huge inconvenience! To top it off there is no phone number to contact.”

“Trainers excellent. They are slightly more comfortable for moor walking than my previous pair (now 4 years old, and beginning to let the damp in, plus the soles are finally starting to wear out). I walk better with a raised heel, and these are spot on. Only issue was delivery. I checked my email to track delivery first thing of the 3rd morning. I had an email from Vodel telling me parcel and been delivered the previous day & left in a safe place, with a card through the door. Parcel could not be found anywhere, and no card. Later that morning I went onto 'track delivery' rather than just reading email message. That told me delivery was on route! It arrived at 2.30pm. Too confusing.”
