“Web site was easy to use and provided details of where in the ordering and dispatch process you order has got to. Hunter 2 hat was on offer, so a very good price. Several delivery options available, which was good. The web site, of the delivery service company they chose, gave details of where your order was and when it was to be delivered. Very happy with the service I received.”

“The boots arrived in record time - but unfortunately the size of the boots was not that which was marked on the box, so they have been returned for an exchange. I hope in this instance the postage costs will be refunded...”

“after your employee told me it could get my order at Piccadilly circus i tried their didn't have it then tried oxford circus didn't have it then tried old street on go. your web site can tell me where to get stuff physically. massive waste of time had to order it online.”

“I have yet to use my Karrimor jacket, but I'm a fan of Karrimor, because I know I'll get value for money, I also use Karrimor boots, which haven't let me down. In 1986 I bought a Karrimor rucksack, my son is still using it, while he is travelling around the world!”

“Great website and prompt delivery and tracking and email updates good. Would be helpful to suggest buying walking boots a size bigger than shoe size to allow for walking socks. When I swapped to a bigger size at local store they charged me £10 extra!”

“The quality of goods from Karrimor are really good. I had my first 20L backpack which lasted for 6 years but my zip broke so I bought this new 30L urban one which is great! The only thing was my boots came with the shop sensor wired tag which I had to remove myself with some difficulty ...I wonder why they forgot to remove it..”

“I am going on lots of walking holidays this year so need some really good walking sandals. I searched high and low and hesitated when buying these sandals. They turned up the day after I ordered and they are extremely comfortable so great for walk, nice and cool. So I say they are wonderful. Busy Bee....x”
