“Great water proof jacket...zip pockets are a nice size for phones/wallets the chest pocket is great addition (could have had a velcro fastner) for which i had pre-ordeted this series of the URBAN weatherite. Toggle pull adjustments to heem and hood are excellent..and peaked hood is cool..even over my baseball caps.. Ordered 2 of the jackets as they are a match for my Karrimor soft shell jackets..great for winter...will add a third jacket.”

“I am still waiting for my order as Yodel have not fulfilled the delivery. Order finally arrived. The sandals would be lovely but for a sticky label on the insole which I have struggled to remove. There is still a sticky patch.”

“Very disappointed. Went on this site to order a running jacket and noticed that there was a £3.99 delivery charge. Ordered the jacket and a couple of pairs of cheap shorts. They took my order but then I got an email saying the jacket was out of stock. However they still took my order for the cheap shorts which had now become an expensive order due to the delivery charge. I read the small print on the site and it says the order is not binding. My advice is stay clear of ordering on this site.”

“Goods arrived quicker than expected, however this wasn't certain until they actually arrived as the website seems pessimistic about delivery times and geared to pushing you to pay more for a faster service in an unfair manner. A more accurate delivery estimate along with a better idea as to whether your order is in stock would make this a much better service.”

“So far, my Karrimor stretch walking trousers are my favourites out of various brands I've tried. They look good, keep their shape, and have sensible additions such as taping to protect the hems. Being stretch makes wear comfortable. They also seem to shrug off a certain amount of dirt (for instance after my dog has jumped up with dirty paws!). The only cons are that the front pockets tend to gape when left unzipped, and I wouldn't mind a small side pocket on one leg for (eg) my mobile.”

“Very quick delivery and best price on Calf length compression socks for running. My only comment is that these pairs are longer than previous ones, otherwise I have found them to be excellent for preventing calf problems.”

“I had a problem when my postcode picked up the first house in my street. I saw the problem when I received your email by which time your offices had closed and I phoned the number on the PayPal receipt. I got a gentleman in your accounts depth who was incredibly helpful and whilst he couldn't solve the problem he did everything he could. I was extremely impressed. Exceeding understanding and helpful. If even your back office staff have this standard of customer care you are truly an impressive company. Fantastic !”

“Bought Tobago sandels, now I have three pairs! Very comfortable, use for dog walking, they get a lot of wear and are a dream. Customer service excellent. First pair , a clip broke, I had a replacement pair with me very quickly! Altogether, love products and company. Have super jacket too, would thoroughly recommend!!!”
