“Products great and website good. One way to encourage more online shoppers would be free returns using collect + or the many other options now offered by other sites. Having to pay for returns especially if they are heavy shoes etc will put me off using this site again.”

“I am extremely satisfied with Karrimor products. Their prices, especially for items with sales discounts, are reasonable. Their delivery is VERY fast, no matter that I live in another country, not quite close to UK. Their description of products is accurate. And most important of all - their products are quality products. I would recommend Karrimior products to everyone.”

“Oh dear Karimoor, you need to put some work into your online shopping experience! I paid extra for Saturday delivery, but you delivered it earlier. This was not helpful, as I was out, and it was given to my neighbour who went away for Easter before I got back home. I had to rush out to the store to re-purchase, as I could not get to my urgent (and timed delivery). I was going to get the purchase sent to a store originally, but your website couldn't agree on how long it would take (one page said 2 days, another said 5-7 days). If timeliness is important to you, then it's best you go to the store and do it yourself rather than rely on their shambolic delivery service.”

“Processed my order quickly enough, on the Thursday Specified Saturday delivery - didn't happen, not going to happen. Now delivery might, that's might, be Tuesday!!!! At least they have refunded my delivery costs. Whoopee!!”

“Very good service just wish sizes weren't so small I take a size 8 normally but in hiking boots /shoes I have had to go for a 9 and choice is limited - 8 1/2 would probably be the best fit but they don't do that size”
