“The item I ordered came very quickly, however I found I had ordered the wrong garment and have returned it. Decided to purchase the correct garment replacing my worn out one. On visiting the shop in Nuneaton, they did not have an Explorer 'Karrimor Inspired by experience' in the Large size. I asked them to order one but was told they cannot order one in, but get what they are given and that I should order on line. That is a very poor service, it is NO SERVICE.”

“It took quite a while finding the right shoes. Karrimor make shoes for any budget but I wanted something of high quality that would last. As ever, spend that little bit more and that's what Karrimor deliver. Thanks for a great shopping experience as ever.”

“My boots are even more comfortable than my last pair of Karrimor boots which I thought were excellent. They fit perfectly and I am delighted with them.”

“Delivery was very quick. I ordered size 10, my normal size, as I already possess Karrimor walking shoes of that size and they are a good, comfortable fit. However the Tundra size 10 is too tight and feels more like a nine and a half. This inconsistency in size and fit is disappointing and frustrating, especially as there is no warning or advise to order a larger size when ordering Tundra. To return the shoes by recorded delivery, as recommended by Sports Direct costs £11. I am not willing to pay this and have asked my shoe repairer to have a go at stretching the shoes.”

“I have just received my carry on bag with telescopic handle and wheels. Have not had the chance yet to use it but is is solidly constructed and adequate for my needs.”

“Ordering, paying and delivery couldn't have been simpler nor more efficient. We bought three pairs of running type trainers and two pairs of walking shoes - so far we have been really pleased with the quality and value of these purchases. My wife and I have worn our Karrimor event coats for years and have relied upon them in some extreme mountain weather where they have served us very well. I have recommended Karrimor to many friends and family - it is good to get a great deal on outdoor gear for a change!”
