“A glitch in the retailers ordering software SportsDirect caused the product to be sent to the wrong address. Despite me immediately informing the company it was still delivered to this address two days later. Now they expect me to drive a hundred mile round trip to collect it. This is the fault of Sportsdirect the retailer, not Karrimor, although perhaps the relationship needs to examined. I'm sure the product itself is fine.”

“I didn't need the free magazine - I'm unlikely to read it (I don't seem to be the target audience) and it made my tiny small package need come in a huge plastic bag, so all felt a bit wasteful really. Aside from that, the wrist wallet itself seems fine, although a bit large for my wrists, I'll have to wear it further up my arm, behind my watch perhaps.”

“This is only my second order from Karrimor and I am very happy and pleased with the experience. The orders were processed promptly and I was updated on this.
