“Ordered something and paid for next day delivery, parcel got lost after I waited in all day, promised the next day, it arrived 6pm after waiting in all day. I received a cheap jacket that I didn't order and it had tags for the jacket I purchased, tags switched around, not impressed, going to trading standards with the jacket and incorrect barcodes on the jacket tag and cardboard tag, very dishonest, jacket I ordered now convieniently not in stock”

“Dear sirs, Your page and online shop is great. I could find what I was looking for easily, the transaction went smoothly and the shipping was very fast and reasonably priced. However, I have a few concerns about the product (Jura 35 Rucksack) itself. Years ago I bought a Jura 20, only because the bigger ones were discontinued. Now that you have re issued the Juras it seemed like a great opportunity to own a 35 l quality sack. Please do not take me wrong; I think it is a good ítem but the fabric seems weaker than what I have on the Jura 20 (which is too small for a day pack but very useful otherwise), a very useful inside pocket is not there anymore, the straps seem thinner and also weaker, the side pockets are smaller with much shorter zippers and the one strap and buckle that closes the lid does not seem as safe and serious as the older Juras' two strap system. I have nothing against evolution and progress, but classics are sometimes the best options. I know that mountaineering and hiking equipment has come a long way since I began doing this, so I may be taken for a nostalgic but re-designing by lowering standards is no progress and has nothing to do with British Standards. For some reason, this pack makes me wish you had just reissued the classic Juras without any changes. Some of us think that you cannot do better than best. Planned obsolescense and reduced cost is not what we expect from Karrimor, even at reduced prices. Still, I realise that I am judging the ítem by its appearance but if I get from this one pack the many years of service I got from the small, reliable Jura 20, then I will write back to you with a simple apology.
