“Karrimor have some great products and a respected name. However I feel that the Sports Direct organisation and brand takes away from that and suggests a low budget and impersonal' sales only' approach. Before my latest purchase I sent an email to the sales team praising my previous purchases [including pictures] and asking for further advice. I didn't get a reply.... So maybe Karrimor is just another Sports Direct Line...”

“The jacket was delivered fine and on time however it has a security tag fitted. I've been trying to get intouch with some who can sort this out, I'm still waiting. I am going away on Saturday andvthis jacket was purchased for that reason, I can no longer wear it.”

“I have had 2 pairs of the Karrimor KSB ORKNEY V size 8.5 before and are a good boot for the hills. They are comfortable from day one and need only a few miles of "running in". Because the boots come in half sizes I was able to get a correctly fitting boot, not just the nearest size that sort of fitted. I am a regular walker on Kinder Scout both for leisure and also as part of the local Mountain Rescue Team. I get about 18 months wear out of the boots i.e. 2 winters and renew in time for the next winter. The boots are lightweight but not too thin in the sole that you feel every stone that you walk on. They are fairly rigid so a bit of rock hopping using the toe ends is good. I have only one complaint and that is the lace cleats are not made of copper and if you bend them and try to straighten them back, they break. Ebay sells replacement cleats but are hard to attach to the boot. Need an old style cobbler to rivet them on! 41/2 stars”

“I ordered size 9 trainers , size 11 trainers were delivered ,I have returned the size 11 in exchange, but have asked for size 10, as I thought the size 11 was a" small" 11.
