“Very nice shoes, comfortable & (if they are like the last Karrimor shoes I had) hard-wearing. But what was most impressive was the delivery - I orederd the shoes at about 5pm and they arrived at 3pm the next day (I only paid for the "normal" delivery, not express or anything). Hard to beat that!”

“The delivery service was appalling and delivered my goods to a complete stranger. There's no telephone number for me to call someone at karrimor. I filled in the online form and just received an email about my order. Again explained situation in email and asked for a call and no response. I will never use this company again. It shouldn't be so hard to speak to a person who works for you!”

“karrimor has good quality product and not so expensive. but do not buy it's sunglass, bad quality, i bought one and had to throw it away because the very poor quality plastic lens had unsmooth and wavery surface. but i am satisfy with it's clothings and footwear.”

“Placed the order and Karrimor took the money. Since then nothing, no order, no delivery, no non-delivery card, no refund and no customer service. There appears no way to speak to anyone either at the delivery company (Yodel) or Karrimor. Is your need to make customer service numbers or emails difficult to find indicative of your confidence in your service or an indication that the customer just needs to put up with being taken for granted? If it weren't for the fact it is Karrimor I would assume it was a scam. In honesty had I known you used Yodel to deliver I would never have placed the order in the first place.”

“Very pleasantly surprised to find the online shopping so easy and trouble free. Karrimor is a great firm for outdoor stuff and I have had articles from you over the years, but from shops... I have"nt so far walked any distance in the sandals I bought but I"m sure they will serve my purposes hopefully for as long as Karrimor stuff usually lasts. Thankyou.”

“An easy website to negotiate so I found the things I wanted for my grandson's birthday. The delivery was prompt and the goods were well packaged. Needless to say, the jacket and trousers were excellent quality and good value. So, thank you.”
